Routing of patients with maxillofacial pathology in a metropolis: challenges and solutions

چکیده
Introduction. The high prevalence of dental diseases and their complications, congenital anomalies, traumatic injuries various neoplasms the maxillofacial region among children adults necessitates improvement medical care system.
 Purpose. Improvement specialized by optimizing routing system for patients with pathology in a metropolis on example Moscow.
 Materials methods. study was conducted basis GBUZ “Maxillofacial Hospital War Veterans DZM”. A search made regulatory documents regulating pathology. statistical data provided to institutions subordinate Moscow City Health Department period from January 2021 December were analyzed.
 Results discussion. article presents list governing patients. structure city determined. Routing schemes planned emergency are given. Problems identified solutions proposed, as well continuity provision organizations field “maxillofacial surgery”.
 Conclusions. well-functioning will improve timeliness, availability quality care. In addition, an optimized contribute proper planning resource allocation healthcare.
